Do I need a TAPTUCK card to register?

No, once dowloaded the app will generate a QR Code to scan at our local tuckshop convenor.
Your children will need cards which you will scan from the app linking a card to each child.

Where do I get the TAPTUCK Card?

You will collect at your tuck shop.
You can order in app, or purchase in-store.

How long will payments take to reflect in my TAPTUCK wallet?

Credit card payments will reflect immediately. EFT payments will take up to 48 hours to reflect, depending on the institution you bank with.

What time must orders be placed by?

Orders close at 8am on the morning that the order is to be collected, to allow the tuckshop adequate time to prepare meals.

How far in advance can I order?

Orders can be placed up to two weeks in advance.

What happens if my child leaves their Card at home?

The tuckshop is able to access the order through her portal. However, please remember that this will cause delays so must be the exception not the norm.

What happens if my child loses their Card?

A replacement can be bought from the tuckshop at a cost. The new QR code on the card can be scanned from the app (Edit Child).
 

Why do I need to register twice in the Flava App?

You will register in the Flava app for our loyalty program, and you will need to register on the TapTuck platform for ordering.

 

Can I use my current Flava card on the new TAPTUCK system?

Yes, once you have set up your kids in app, scan their card in the scan app section.
 

What will happen to my old Flava card credit?

We will assist your child to first use his/her credit in store
